I really like this app, but the past week it has been awful, doesnt sync with Fitbit, even when I sync in manually it doesnt recognize it. Its also been very slow. Started syncing again for a couple weeks now were going on week 2 of trying to sync with Fitbit and nothing. Ive emailed support twice and no response. And back to not syncing steps by Fitbit. Sleep will sync. I cant even manually sync steps at this point. No response from support

My reward code I bought in their market didnt work. When I contacted them, I got no response. Its been over two weeks and despite a few emails, nothing. Worst customer service Ive ever had.

They sent constant emails after I deleted the app and offer no way to unsubscribe. Their email that they list on their site is invalid. Very obnoxious, very unorganized.

The app said my cell phone number is not recognized so it wont let me sign up to use it.

Its no problem getting points but the marketplace has very little to offer. Customer Service never responds to anything you send them. Dont waste your time!

It doesnt sync in with my Fitbit most of the time so I dont get my points. Then dealing with customer service to claim the points is slow and they dont get back to you half the time. Also, it needs more Canadian prizes. Cool idea if it actually worked properly.

This is a great concept, however, only being able to redeem offers in NY and MA is disheartening. Also, the offers that are available are not appealing at all. This app needs a lot of work!

Awesome job whoever made this app! The ui.ux is great and overall, very well executed.

Rewards for being healthy is great

Not a great interface. Not intuitive or well designed. Good idea, poor execution. Needs work.

The app runs slow... Very slow. Even with great cell reception or wifi. Also, doesnt sync with jawbone (one of the most popular pedometers on the planet... Frustrating)

Love the app but the newest version released 9/29 doesnt open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

Cant get this app to open, despite deleting and reloading it multiple times.

When I first began with this app I was really pleased and even though there were a few glitches I was willing to work with it. However after a time I stopped receiving the gift cards I put in for. Then when I emailed I never received a response. Sorely disappointed, wish customer service was better!

This app worked great for a while and rewarded people for healthy living. However, in the past 2 months when you go to redeem the points for gift cards it doesnt send the card, but it certainly takes your points away. Then, the support team at Wellcoin refuses to answer your emails (no matter how many times you email asking). Extremely frustrating that you spend all the time accruing the points for nothing. Also, the app is very slow!

The concept of this app is nice, but the app itself is very slow and not very user-friendly. It is constantly freezing up, and whenever a notification pops up, the app freaks out. Definitely needs an update.

This app was great at first but now theyve done away with their best rewards and no one responds to emails. I would understand if it took a little while to respond but they never reply. Not worth it. Bring back your Fitbit and lululemon rewards! And please respond to your clients!

The upgraded version initially didnt work but the Wellcoin team was very responsive in getting it functional again. Thanks!

Cool app! Really wish that I didnt have to sign in every time I go back to the app...thats the only issue I have
