I really like this app, but the past week it has been awful, doesnt sync with Fitbit, even when I sync in manually it doesnt recognize it. Its also been very slow. Started syncing again for a couple weeks now were going on week 2 of trying to sync with Fitbit and nothing. Ive emailed support twice and no response. And back to not syncing steps by Fitbit. Sleep will sync. I cant even manually sync steps at this point. No response from support
My reward code I bought in their market didnt work. When I contacted them, I got no response. Its been over two weeks and despite a few emails, nothing. Worst customer service Ive ever had.
They sent constant emails after I deleted the app and offer no way to unsubscribe. Their email that they list on their site is invalid. Very obnoxious, very unorganized.
The app said my cell phone number is not recognized so it wont let me sign up to use it.
Its no problem getting points but the marketplace has very little to offer. Customer Service never responds to anything you send them. Dont waste your time!
